I would like to thank you for all your assistance in helping me to sell my home. Your services were not only professional, but took the fear and unknown out of the equation in this matter. Nothing was too hard and the advice you gave me in preparing the house for the market enabled me to sell my home for more than i originally thought i would get for it. The process went very smoothly and you were totally upfront and fore coming with all the information. I knew exactly where i stood at all times and never once needed to ring you as you always were keeping me up-to-date of every little step. I don't think you realise that by this you removed the stress that most people associate with the selling of their home.
I could not recommend you more highly to anyone else who was doing the same thing in the area. Your personal approach made it so easy to deal with everything. The only criticism i had was that i was also a party to selling a second house and purchasing a new one, and the standard you set made the other agents seem inferior and wished that you could have dealt with all transactions. I am not saying that the others were bad it is just that you are so good in what you do. I really appreciate all the assistance you gave me.
